What You Can Do
1. Join KAHEA's web-based Action a Network
Alert.
For more information, please go to A
CALL TO ACTION. KAHEA provides detailed background on issues
critical to Hawai.i with a sample letter that is faxed or emailed
to key decision-makers at no cost to you. Our isolation, coupled
with a history of minimal public oversight, makes the alert network
an invaluable tool to communicate citizen concerns throughout
the Island chain.
2. Forward alerts to others who would be concerned about
protecting Native Hawaiian culture and the environment.
3. Share KAHEA's web site (www.kahea.org) with two
or more friends. Send them our email address: Kahea-alliance@hawaii.rr.com
4. Learn about Hawai.i's history and about the rich culture
of the Indigenous people of Hawai.i nei. Keep current with what's
happening through LINKS and other sources.
5. Give us your feedback about our work and share information
with us.
6. Support our work financially. Keep us effective and
strong. Use our secure site to donate directly to KAHEA.
Or you can send a check or money order to:
KAHEA
P.O. Box 27112
Honolulu, Hawai'i 96827-0112
All donations are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated.
Kahea's work is supported by individual donations and
grants from foundations.
Your support of KAHEA's projects increases our ability
to protect Hawai'i's fragile environment and Kanaka Maoli cultural
rights.
