Hawaii Alliance for Community-Based Economic Development (HACBED) will be sponsoring workshops on the Big Island, Maui, Kauai and Oahu during the month of April 2011 entitled:

“Ho’owaiwai: Family and Community Asset Building for Self-Sufficiency”

Attached is a pdf copy of their announcement.   These workshops would greatly assist organizations in developing strategies towards needs assessments, grant writing and capacity building in preparation for you and your communities to submit future NHEA (Native Hawaiian Education Act) grants.
